Refund and Returns Policy

Our goal is to always ensure that our customers are happy and feel comfortable with their Skipper Seat purchase.  Therefore, if you are not happy with your purchase, we want to change that!

Start by sending us an email to Returns@SkipperSeat.com. In the email, let us know what the issue is and if you are requesting an exchange or a refund.

Exchange: We must receive the item in original condition and within 30 days of purchase.  Once we receive the product back, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will send you out a replacement item.

Refund: We must receive the item in original condition and within 30 days of purchase.  Once we receive the product back, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund will be processed. At that time, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
